		<description>That sucks... but surely the credit card should be under some kind of insurance? And Im pretty sure they cant make you pay for it as none of this was your fault... anyway, Im 95% sure that if you lose your credit card and someone else uses it that its the card owners responsibility until they phone and cancel the card unless insurance has been taken out. So really, you shouldnt be out of pocket. Hope this puts a bit of a brighter light on it.</description>
